ITF has planned activities under following categories:

• Brainstorming on important issues of India by eminent people in the respective domain.
• Identification of pilotable projects and working on them through innovative action groups.
• Knowledge support to organizations of eminence in areas that will help vast majority of people of India.
• Innovative India Centric projects like solarisation of agri pumping, geo tech in roads, bio methanation for Swachh Bharat, fly ash for agricultural growth etc.
• Supporting innovative designs in vital areas like waste management, water management, decentralized renewables, climate change etc.

• Though progress of ITF against plans uneven, proper foundation being laid for desired results in next few years
• As a start up in think tank space, unique position of being India centric with a plan to convert thought into action drawing attention as reflected from partnership with many like IIMA, AMA. Arogya Bharati, SJM, iHub, IIS etc.
• Charter very wide and hence need to focus on few areas
• Activities driven by one or two individuals and hence need to involve more desiring members in chosen areas by forming small groups
• Communication within and without limited and need to put in place a proper communication programme in relevant media as well as a small secretariat
• Involve bright youngsters or like-minded seniors in ITF
• Attention to preparing business models (both social and regular) around ideas in “Pragmatic ways for Atmanirbhar Bharat” and put them in public space on appropriate terms
• Creation of a suitable platform for engagement of like-minded people for meaningful dialogue on chosen areas
• Need to explore funding from CSR pools or interested parties in piloting of ideas satisfying 5S framework (simple, smart, sensible, sustainable and scalable/spreadable)
• Need to transliterate discussions into policy papers or reports or booklets for wider spread
• Structure ITF for effective and efficient working in sync with strategy and plans

• Piloting of products and solutions that satisfy 5 S framework -Simple, smart, sensible, sustainable and scalable/spreadable.

Build alliances with select institutions like IIMA, AMA, IHub, EDII, SJM, Arogya Bharati, Landstack, GHF, TAC etc.

Work out a communication strategy in 2 months and implement it.

Work out financial plans for next two years in sync with the work plan.
